Data Disclosures
Wayline is built on a simple principle: the data you bring to our platform belongs to you, always. We do not use it for training, we do not sell it, and we do not share it. Here is exactly how we handle your information.
Data ownership
All conversation logs, call recordings, lead data, and any information processed through Wayline remain your exclusive property. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data, and we will never sell, license, or transfer it to third parties.
You may request export or deletion of your data at any time. Upon termination of your account, all associated data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
No training use
Your data is never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any artificial intelligence model. Not ours, and not those of our AI providers. This is a firm commitment, not a default setting that can be toggled.
We operate under zero-data-retention agreements with every model provider we work with. Your inputs are processed in real time and discarded immediately. They are not logged, stored, or fed back into any training pipeline.
AI providers
Wayline routes conversations to the best model for each task. We work exclusively with providers that meet rigorous independent security and compliance standards.
OpenAI
SOC 2 Type II · GDPR · CCPA
GPT-4 and o-series models power advanced reasoning and natural language understanding. All API usage operates under OpenAI's enterprise data processing agreement with zero data retention.
Anthropic
SOC 2 Type II · GDPR · CCPA
Claude models deliver safe, reliable AI with a focus on accuracy and harm avoidance. Anthropic's enterprise API does not use customer inputs for model training.
SOC 2 Type II · ISO 27001 · GDPR · CCPA
Gemini models bring multimodal intelligence and real-time information processing. Google Cloud's data processing terms ensure customer data is not used for model improvement.
ElevenLabs

ElevenLabs provides lifelike text-to-speech synthesis for natural-sounding voice interactions. Their enterprise API does not use customer audio data for model training.
Deepgram
SOC 2 Type II · GDPR · CCPA
Deepgram powers real-time speech-to-text transcription with high accuracy across accents and audio conditions. Customer audio is processed in real time and not retained for model training.
Security & compliance
Every AI provider we work with holds SOC 2 Type II certification, the industry benchmark for security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy. This certification requires an independent third-party audit of controls over an extended observation period.
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ and at rest using AES-256. We do not store sensitive information beyond what is necessary for service delivery, and access is restricted on a least-privilege basis.
